Why is shipping 1-3 weeks?
This is a general window in our processing and shipping process, however most orders are completed within a week. For orders outside of the United States and on rare or limited-edition pieces, we allow a bit more time for processing and authenticating each order.
Why are some of your product prices higher than some other retailers?
We guarantee all the products we sell are 100% authentic and many of the products we have in-stock are often not available anywhere else in the world. We also offer free shipping and handling for all orders worldwide.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
We will cancel an order up to 24 hours after purchase. You will have to contact us by email within that timeframe to confirm cancellation.
I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?
Most tracking numbers will arrive in your inbox at least 3-5 business days after your initial order. This policy varies for orders outside of the United States.
