The César Pelli Residences by Armani Casa are quite a site to see, and judging by the pre-construction availability, hard for one to secure. Built along the Atlantic Ocean coastline in Sunny Isles, FL, the 60-story ultra-luxury building features professionally curated collection of museum-quality art, including monumental sculptures by Sandro Chia and Sinisa Kukec and works by Venice Biennale artist Marcelo Legrand.

The 308 luxurious residences reflect Giorgio Armani’s aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality. Each unit will range from 2-6 bedrooms and include floor-to-ceiling glass, spacious private balconies complete with summer kitchens, and the finest in European-designed cabinetry and designer finishes.
