Speculation of Drake signing with Adidas is at an all-time high right now and some believe the new line will be called "Adidon." From Yohji Yamamoto and his signature Y-3 line, to Kanye West and his YEEZY imprint, Adidas may have signed the biggest rapper in the world. All this comes to light from an interview with Drake's latest (and possibly greatest) foe rapper Pusha T.
Making headlines with the diss song heard round the world "The Story of Adidon" Pusha T called up New York's #1 radio program "The Breakfast Club" to disclose that Drake is actually preparing to drop a new signature line based on the name of his son Adonis. Whether this information is accurate or not, there has been a lot of speculation over the past year that after leaving Nike, Drake would sign with the Adidas, making him another high caliber player on their growing roster.
Adidon is the name of Drake’s upcoming Adidas line and now that name will be associated with this beef and Pusha’s monstrous diss track. Pusha has, in effect, screwed up Drake's brand before it came out.— Touré (@Toure) May 30, 2018
Only time will tell if this rumor is actually true and whether Adidas can notch another top prospect on their dream team. If so, Drake will follow in the footsteps of his new arch nemesis Kanye West for the Nike to Adidas move.
